1. Service Agreement

By using our freight services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Services are subject to availability and applicable laws.

2. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or credit approval. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Cancellation charges may apply for late cancellations.

3. Cargo Restrictions

Dangerous goods, hazardous materials, and prohibited items require prior approval and proper documentation. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that violates regulations.

4. Liability & Insurance

Cargo insurance is available and recommended. Our liability is limited as per carrier terms unless additional insurance is purchased. Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due as per invoice terms. Late payments may incur interest charges. We reserve the right to hold shipments for unpaid invoices.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control including weather, strikes, government actions, or natural disasters.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
